I have been taking this pill before I eat for a couple of months and I must say that it has worked. Usually I would feel very blotted and heavy after a meal but when I took this pill I felt like I was able to accomplish certain tasks. Most times I would have to sit down and wait a long while to do anything because I felt so full but when I started taking the pills I felt better.
